What I want:
1) All semi-automatic handguns and rifles < .501 caliber to be recognized as protected under the 2nd Amendment of the Bill of Rights regardless of their stock, grip, or other traits.
2) All rifle magazines holding 30 rounds or less & pistol magazines holding 15 rounds or less to not be infringed upon by law/executive order.
3) National mandate for “Shall-issue” CCW Permits & 50 state reciprocity
4) 11% tax cap for all guns & ammo
What I will give you in return:
1) Background check/purchase permit requirement for Assault Weapon & handgun purchases regardless if seller is FFL Dealer or Private
2) Banning rifle mags >30 & pistol mags > 15
3) Banning internet ammunition sales
4) Federal 3rd Strike Law- 3rd Felony is federal offense 25-life
5) Straw-purchase = prison 5yrs/gun
