petition Barack Obama's administration and the U.S. Congress to hold up and decide (finally) to protect and uphold these lines of the constitution of the United States of America, set forth by our forefathers so that we may be able to form a more perfect Union with safety and security from enemies who wish to wipe us off the map.

"The Congress shall have power to...raise and support armies...to provide and maintain a Navy*...to provide calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections, and repel Invasions."
*This is certainly not happening....the government is retiring over 300 ships in the navy... great defense plan.
