We the people, give you permission to take away the 250 billion dollars that is going to be given to the Syrian Rebels and pay 200 billion dollars to the United States Air Traffic Controllers that have been put on furlough so they can stay on the job. If we are truly a government of the people by the people, then there should be no problem making this happen since you have the people's permission.
