Military Veteran, Chris Mintz stayed true to his oath and continued to protect American when he confronted an armed gunman at UCC. Chris was shot 7 times while he himself was unarmed. Chris saved an untold number of people. Chris can count himself among the other heroes of our country who when faced with an all too familiar situation stepped between a gunman and innocent people. Please ask the President to recognize Chris' actions.
