Protect the rights and freedoms of all Christians,pastors, faith based institutions and businesses who so choose not to identify homosexuality as part of their belief system. Also, protect the freedom and rights of pastors and churches who do not wish to marry an LGBT member without having fear of arrest, lawsuit or any imprisonment because of their faith in Christ. This petition however, does not give the right to discriminate against any LGBT member in such as ,derogatory terms,hate crimes etc. This will however allow Christian based businesses freedom to not allow homosexual slogans on cakes,cards on any thing such without fear of arrest, lawsuit or false imprisonment.
