Many elderly and infirmed individuals are targeted by unscrupulous predators looking for a quick way to wealth. I would like to sponsor a bill to prevent murder and legal theft of the elderly and infirmed.
Government, private employers and insurance companies have time requirements to qualify for benefit payouts once a death occurs. There are no laws to protect against predatory theft of estates short of expensive lawsuits.
A perpetrator can marry someone minutes before death to steal the inheritance of family members and there are no laws in existence to protect against this atrocious act.
Please assist me in sponsoring a bill to eliminate the temptation for predators to target the elderly and infirmed by requiring a two year minimum marriage requirement if there are previous children
