Cite citizens who attempt to or promote secession with treason.

I believe the people who are putting up ridiculous petitions are wasting our governments resources. I was taught to "put my money where my mouth is", if they truly want secession and are promoting it on facebook and twitter it is in fact against the law and should be seen as treason. I will leave it to the government to determine punishment based on severity of said treason, but the level severity should not reflect people from getting charged of a crime they are currently committing.
