Where does Congress derive the power to prohibit ownership or manufacture of certain weapons or magazines?
Does not the commerce clause, Interstate Commerce Act and the Sherman Antitrust Act only limit the exchange of goods, products, or any type of Personal Property?
Gun control legislation being proposed by the Obama Administration directly infringes on the 2nd ammendment:
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed"
Our founding fathers wrote the ammendments so that We The People may form a militia to keep the govornment from infringing on the rights granted to us. Limits on certain weapons or magazines impair that.
