Effective March 1, 2013 all pay for the Senators and Representatives including their staff persons shall be deferred until Congressional debate and action has been completed on the following:
1. Enact a multi-year (FY 2013, FY 2014 & FY 2015) federal budget providing stimulus for re-building America and reasonable deficit reduction.
2. Automatic adjustment to the nation’s debt ceiling to protect the United States’ “good faith” credit rating.
3. Immigration Reform with expedited citizenship for families-children.
4. 2nd Amendment rights with background checks, limits on ammunition clips and restrictions on military designed weapons.
5. National criteria for our citizens' “right to cast their vote”.
No action by 09-30-13 permanently forfeit pay on monthly schedule effective October 1, 2013
