As a citizen of the United States and a taxpayer I am requesting a public audit of the gold at Fort Knox.

As a United States citizen and tax payer, I am requesting a petition to perform a public audit of the gold in Fort Knox. The american people have a right to know if that facility is still housing gold and how much if any is still in the vault. If it is found that the amount of gold has lessened since the last public audit in the 1970s, the american people deserve a detailed explanation on what the gold was used for.
