We would like to propose a petition to allow for a raffle where all proceeds go to pay off the national debt. The raffle will be for citizen to provide feedback to congress by allowing a chance for 1 citizen from each state on a quarterly basis to be able to throw pie, rotten fruit and veggies or eggs at senators or congress people of their choice and broadcast it on CSPAN. Also for the new year we do a online vote to determine who the most hated representative and senator is and auction of the chance to 5 people to pie them in the face at midnight. All proceeds of this will be directed to paying down the national debt.
