Citizens with misdemeanors should be able to be reviewed and with good behavior expunged after a certain amount of time.

Many people make bad choices in their lives but turn their life's around but cannot get the charge expunged off their record. This limits where they can work and even prevent them from living in a good area. This country should be about rebuilding and forgiving. A person who has committed a misdemeanor when they were younger aren't that same person years later and should be able to go up for review and have a chance to get their records erased. Yes, you can have a charge expunged but not if you plead guilty.
