To a certain extent citizens should not be treated and sentenced as criminals for possession or sale of marijuana. Probation action and fine should be given but maximum jail and a life ruined over a plant isn't what America stands for. America is the land of opportunity and justice. Let's bring our country back that was once loved by the world.
