Citizens should not have received government assistance in 12 months and provide an educational diploma to vote a leader

There is on reason or another for Americans to be on government assistance as well as having not gotten a educational diploma.

PROVEN citizens and taxpayers that make this country run should be the ones deciding its leaders.

Uneducated Americans (those without a GED or HS diploma) should not be able to vote for obvious reasons.
