We, the citizens of America want an exucutive order to be used insuring our votes are heard and mean something in the coming election. We want to end the electoral college so each vote will matter.
With the technology we have available and countries in the European Union able to have direct votes on issues we would like the same.
If this is not a good idea we would at least like president Obama to address why not.
