Citizenship application fees loans for legal immigrants seeking citizenship. We want to vote, but the economy is tough.

Created by M.R. on November 28, 2012

Low and even middle class income legal resident aliens struggle to set aside citizenship application fees to apply for citizenship. We pay taxes, we follow the rules, but we cannot VOTE because our financial resources are limited.

There are young, adults and elderly people that have not applied for citizenship because of the cost. No considering that some times we are talking about several family members that need to become naturalized citizens.

We work hard, we pay our dues, we are not free loaders. We just need assistance sometimes. A loan with a low interest is all what we request. There are some credit unions in certain states that already have that, but their loans are available only for their states' legal residents. Why this service cannot be provided all across the nation? Thanks
