Citizenship to the United States shall be granted only to those who have served no less than 2 years of Military or Civil Service cumulative or non cumulative within a consecutive 4 year period.
Only Citizens will be able to have tuition fully reimbursed for higher education, have medical care fully reimbursed, and buy property or vote in elections above the local level.
The 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution shall only apply to Citizens under this Act.
This Act removes all rights and entitlements previously granted through birth in the United States for those born on and after January 1, 2015.
This Act grants Citizenship only to those who willfully work towards it, while allowing those who do not contribute Civic Duty to vote only at a local level and be residents of the US.
