Make it easy ,for any person who can pass a basic English proficiency test and background test, be able to join the United States Military. Service would 2-4 years to receive automatic citizenship (upon HONORABLE discharge) for themselves and permanent residency for there immediate family. This can be done with basic integration into already existing military branches or through creating a new one similar to the french foreign legion or UN peacekeepers(blue berets).Any person who wants to serve this country should be able to become a citizen of it.
