All cities, city planners, and building officials should be regulated by a state Agency.(including counties) The need for this regulation is because the people have been denied there rights of freedom to be creative, open businesses, run existing businesses, build, and progress in the city unless they know the right people,or have deep pockets. Often the City Comprehensive plans and codes contains language that is not meaningful and predictable as required by law leaving general language for the city to apply to we the people inconstantly however they seem fit. The regulation must require meaningful well clarified comp Plans, Ordinances, and codes in readable language which must be applied equally to all people even the unconnected. complaints can be filed by the people with such agency
