we the city of encinal texas, deserve to be treated with honor and respect because since i sylvano sanchez took office as mayor, i have approach every agencies to the fact that our city is not legally platted or survey but yet they charge us our property taxes, that is taxation without no representation. all we want some help from our goverments in order to inprove our economy, set subdivision rules and regulation, ordinances, the metes and bound off every lots in our city, so that we can survive past the 21 century ..no banks is willing to touch us. 3 years we have tried but there is no money for our project call land reform
