Billions of dollars are taken from citizens every year without cause or a crime charged. Most cases are less than $5,000.00 in value and there is no recourse for the robbed. You can sue and pay the attorney fees and end up with little or nothing. We must be allowed to sue the agents, supervisors and the agency and receive punitive damages in addition to legal fees and the return of our goods (jewelery etc.) not just cash. This is no less than government sanctioned crime and is administered by the DEA, which needs to be completely overhauled or abolished.
