Civil Assets Seizure. Having large cash in the house should not be treated as a crime unless proven by our government

Countless citizens lose their assets every year. Having large sums of money at home should not be treated as a crime unless proven by our government that the money was earned from illegal drug activities or other criminal activities.
innocent citizens are robbed of their hard-earned money simply because the money was not deposited in a bank. It is not a law in this country to keep any amount of money at home or in a car while traveling. If the money is tainted, yes the government should seize it but if not the government should not hide under the cover of "administrative forfeiture" to deprive innocent citizens of their rights and ownership of their legally earned money.
