Civil Rights act 2013 for people with 2013 Reform the American with Disabilities act Pass the un disability treaty

I am happy of what Obama has done for people with Disabilities so far but i believe he needs to do more, fore example, people with Disabilities should get more help in college because with all the budget cuts towards education in all of the states and its not far, California did pass props that will help that which is good, but there is budget cuts, one tutor is not enough, congress is not going to get it done, so i believe Obama will ask congress to get this done, people with Disabilities deserve all the help on all of the issues facing them, and. They have a right to earn a education and be in the military or at least be in the national guard. People with Disabilities deserve a pay raise on their social security checks. There should be a department of jobs.
