It is well known justice Scalia is an extremist judge. His opinions may also be marginalized, due to conflicts of interest, of the right, and his spouse's activities. Our Nation should have a judge that looks at the whole picture and weighing previous LAW, before rendering an opinion. It appears to many that Scalia makes up his mind based on politics. All Supreme Court Justices serve a life term. I believe this justice does not serve Human Rights, Cicil Rights or, our Liberty and Justice for all.
