Civil service work rules must be reformed to allow swift termination of workers for improper and unethical behavior

Created by D.B. on May 30, 2014

In recent years It has become abundantly clear that government employees are rarely held accountable for improper, unethical, bad decisions, failure to work, providing poor service, wasting taxpayer money or illegal activities. We the people are the employers and there should be no difference between the standards of private industry and government public sector workers. Public sector workers should be held to same standards and should be fired when they don't perform their duties well or when they act improperly, unethically, or waste tax payer money. Reform the civil service rules to allow for swift management actions.
