Antarctica will be one of the most important factors for atmospheric research in the future. It is essential for the United States of America to start research in a wider area such as the unclaimed Mary Byrd land. Not only would it encourage atmospheric research, but we can also study the wildlife of Antarctica, and increase our regional influence in the southern hemisphere. As our atmosphere continues to experience global warming we must study how this is affecting not only North America, but Antarctica. If we learn about what is happening to our southern continent, we can then learn what the effects would be, and how to stop it. Our nation may also protect the Mary Byrd Land, and encourage future generations to stop, and study global warming. We must work to save
Antarctica.
Thank you
