The 14th amendment was created for the benefit of freed slaves, to keep unfair hurdles to citizenship from being placed on them. Now, however, it's being twisted and abused by illegal immigrants as a means to secure government aid for themselves through their children.
We the people implore President Obama and Congress to close this loophole as part of their immigration reform and end the financial burden placed on the backs of hundreds of taxpayers.
