In a letter sent to Senator Rand Paul (KY) from the United State Office of Attorney General, dated March 4, 2013, the United States Attorney General Eric Holder stated “It is possible, I suppose, to imagine an extraordinary circumstance in which it would be necessary and appropriate under the Constitution and applicable laws of the United States for the president to authorize the military to use lethal force within the territory of the United States."
We the People find that the targeted killing of a United States citizen, without due process of law, is a violation of the 5th Amendment of the United States Constitution.
We the People petition the Obama Administration to clarify that this administration will not kill Americans on American soil.
