Clarify and reconsider America's position on recognizing the Serbian province of Kosovo as independent

It has been over 12 years since the bombing of Serbian villages, factories, bridges and other forms of infrastructure. People of all backgrounds are struggling.This region of the world is still in the midst of recovery and desperately needs an economic boom. To bring this kind of stability to this region, America must support Serbia's accession into the EU without impossible and out of touch requirements like recognizing an independent state of Kosovo. Such a stance does not recognize the reality on the ground and the opinion of the American public. Serbia can be a great ally if we only open our arms. The United States of America is a world leader. A genuine, refined stance on this issue will open many doors with the nations of BRIC and will demonstrate our resolve to help for good
