First, the Chinese Tofu Curd has many names. Sometimes you will see 豆腐脑 (doufunao) in many north Chinese expressions which it's not so beautiful. Could you imagine a delicious tofu curd has a name with tofu brain (the literal mean of Doufunao) instead of the beautiful tofu flower (doufuhua)? So in the name of the great white house, change it, and make 豆腐花 (doufuhua) official.
Second, the taste should be salty. It's one of the fundamental principles of the great Chinese culture! It's really important and should be taken into account in American's Chinese policy. Be smart!
