Progressive legislation to help Americans has often been recast as only for specific interest groups or "the Special Interest Groups". Instead of clarifying that each of these work towards unified goals legislators should be asked to clarify how the proposed bill works towards the 2 Moral Missions of Government: Protection and Empowerment.
