Clarify the terms of the NDAA and amend it so that it does not infringe on U.S. Constitutional rights.

Created by J.M. on January 03, 2013

The NDAA is incredibly ill-defined in its terms of what exactly constitutes abetting terrorism. In court, even, government atourneys could not provide specifics as to what actions would trigger indefinite imprisonment. All I ask is that the Obama administration more clearly define the limitations and exceptions of the NDAA and, if necessary, reform it so that it doesn't infringe on basic human rights, or constitutional rights of U.S. citizens.
