Clash of Clan permanent banned without any warning

Created by Z.A. on October 08, 2016

Supercell (SC), the maker of Clash of Clans, has permanently banned many players. The reason for the ban is related to their fair use policy. The ban came without any temporary ban and is permanent. Many users have spent hundreds or thousands of dollars and several years growing their accounts. Many people were banned on 8/31/16, which still fell under the old ToS, stating 1st time ban would be a 2 week ban. However, SC permanently banned us and then changed its ToS on 9/1/16 to reflect the permanent ban.

We are asking SC to restore the accounts. We believe changing ToS after banning us is unjust. The new policy is too harsh and Supercell should give its users a 2nd chance to remove any third party software that they feel affects "fair game use". Please sign our petition. Thank you!
