Classified civil rights protection.

Created by J.G. on July 13, 2013

Press for creation of legislation to create within the Judicial branch an office of special investigator of classified policies and actions of the federal government with the purpose of disclosing and assigning a special non government employed prosecutor when warranted for violations of the civil rights of Americans or those otherwise protected by the United States Constitution. This investigative office would have authority to declassify material when it is in the interest of the people whose consent is required to be ruled. This office would reduce the requirement that actual or perceived civil rights violations can only come to light under threat of prosecution of whistle blowers and add transparency concealed under national security privilege claims.
