Classifiy military style weapons as a catagory covered under the National Firearms Act of 1934.

Classify semi-automatic weapons that are capable of accepting a detachable box magazine of greater than ten rounds as "Assault Weapons" and amend the National Firearm Act of 1934 to incorporate these as a regulated category as are machineguns, short-barreled rifles and shotguns, and suppressors.
