U.S. 28 CFR 0.85 General Functions part L- "...Terrorism includes the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce the government, civilian populace or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives". By this definition BLM has repeaditly proven they are a terrorist organization, approriate actions must be taken to protect Americans from this group, by signing this petition you are demanding that the government uphold it's duties and hold all members of BLM accountable for acts of domestic terrorism and take appropriate action against BLM and all members equal to action to be taken against any other organization and person(s) carrying out acts of terrorism on U.S. soil.
