We have been stuck doing nothing so long that we have gone over the edge, in terms of climate change. The west coast is stepping into unprecedented drought that will effect the entire country. Much of California will likely need to relocate to Oregon, Washington and Colorado when the water dries up and their agricultural production collapses. When you attempt to quantify all the damage that it is too late to undo or even arrest, there is no other term for the people causing this inaction than "domestic terrorists", and they should be labelled and treated as such.
