The Constitutional Sheriff Association believes that they are the supreme law of the land and are able to interpret the constitution and legality of issues. They openly advocate armed resistance, refuse to enforce certain laws, and believe and act as a law unto themselves. They should not be allowed to hold any law enforcement position.
