Over the past few years, Vaping has saved thousands of lives. Water vapor is the central aspect behind vaping. There is no smoke and there is no second hand "vapor". Vapes, not e-cigarettes, allow for existing smokers to cease carcinogenic tobacco products for a much safer alternative. Most vape juices contain very little product and require simple FDA regulation. I propose requiring vape brands to list ingredients but nothing more than that. E-liquid should not be treated as a tobacco product. There is no tobacco located within it. By allowing the FDA to regulate a safe alternative and safe product just encourages smokers to not quit.
