We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Classify existing and future "hate groups" as terrorists and treat them accordingly

Created by C.A. on August 04, 2016

While the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution does protect the right of free speech, hate groups use this as a loop hole to spread messages of intolerance, anger, and violence. The messages they send, while protected, also violate the unalienable rights of citizens outlined in the Declaration of Independence: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. According to the FBI, the actions of these organizations "primary purpose is to promote animosity, hostility, and malice against persons belonging to a race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or ethnicity/national origin which differs from that of the members of the organization." That is the base definition of terrorism, and should not be tolerated.
