Three years have elapsed since the cowardly terrorist act committed by "Major" Nidal Hasan, with NO recourse and no compensation for our beloved military heroes and their families.
It is understood that at present, the Obama administration has in its power, classified absurdly, this act of terrorism as "workplace violence" thereby preventing DUE compensation to the military victims and their families.
Second part of this petition is that Nidal Hasan be tried as a treasonous enemy of the state and be executed.
If the federal government in its empowered capacity to protect and honor our military, is entirely inadequate, let "we the people" speak up on behalf of our heroes!
