A hate group is an organized group or movement that advocates and practices hatred, hostility, or violence towards members of a race, ethnicity, nation, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation. The GOP enacts policies that clearly discriminates against people of color and sexual orientation. This has been seen in Indiana with the religious freedoms law that allowed people to legally discriminate against gay people. The GOP congressman Steve King openly said white people are better on national television. The Arizona SB 1070 bill allowed police officers to stop and frisk anyone that looked like an illegal immigrant, which is unconstitutional under the fourth amendment. The GOP is the formal definition of a hate group, and should be recognized as such.
