In accordance with the definition provided at fbi.gov the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) both presently and historically meets the legal definition of a "Domestic Terrorist Organization". The KKK attempts to create fear and coercion amongst the citizenry and representatives of America. The hate speech and related terrorist activities conducted by the KKK are historical facts and are not contested outside the KKK sphere of influence.
This is a petition for the current administration to do two things without delay;
1.) Classify the Ku Klux Klan (KKK) as a Demestic Terrorist Organization.
2. Immediately Begin the criminal investigations, and when applicable prosecutions, of the KKK, it's members, and affiliated groups.
