Costing the consumers billions each year in the US alone, on-line phishing and scamming have become major threats that affects millions of computer users daily. With hackers stealing millions of credit card details, and virus makers terrorizing the unsuspecting users going about their daily lives.
We think activities that are on-line scamming, on-line phishing, hacking in any shape or form, and virus making , should be classified as terrorist activities and as such be targeted using the state of the art ELINT and SIGINT systems, technologies and infrastructures available (Echelon network and Narus STA 6400 stations), to track the sources and enforce the law on these individuals and organized crime groups.
