For children of young ages, especially babies, in this age of social media, parents tend to ignorantly post images of their children(against their will) on the internet at free access to many. This is potential endangerment of the child's safety, failure as a parent, and abuse of the fact the child is not yet old enough to make decisions(newborns to approximately 3 years of age)
Many parents post images of their newborn children on Facebook, Twitter, and a multitude of other social networks against the child's will. Images of children should only be given to the respective child's family members on an offline basis.
The child, as a human, is entitled to its rights. The parent has no right to create a publicly available profile of the child readily available to strangers on the internet.
