FBI Director James Comey has decided that the masscre of nine innocent individuals, including a South Carolina state senator, on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, in the historic Emanuel AME church, did not meet the criteria of an act of terrorism.
Dylan Roof hated Black Americans and he took that hatred out on nine innocent souls in the sanctity of a church. Dylan Roof's social objectives were to start a race war. Isn't that declaration an act of terrorism?
Director Comey provided the basic definition of terrorism as follows: "unlawful use of force or violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof in furtherance of political OR social objectives."
