Clean up the area around the train tracks along Amtrak's Northeast Corridor,

The area along the tracks on Amtrak's northeast corridor is disgusting, there is trash, illegal tire dumping, environmental hazards, graffiti, etc. all along the tracks. To people visiting our area or country, this leaves such a bad impression. Many of these materials are metals, tires, etc. which can and should be recycled.
