clean energy regulator act

Created by L.D. on January 22, 2013

The method of hydraulic fracturing or fracking is being used to drill for natural gas. The fracking fluid is a mix of 596 chemicals and between 1 & 7 million gallons of water, & when they need to frack an already existing well they need an additional 1 to 7 million gallons of water, they can frack an existing well 18 times. But because of drilling process people have reported their water being so contaminated that they can light it on fire.
The Clean energy regulatory act would require all companies who are in the fracking process to list all the chemicals they use, list any & all state safety levels for that chemical, state how much they use, the main thing these chemicals can cause make this information public, and show to all who they want to get people to lease to them.
