All persons regardless of age entering this country illegally will be returned to their home country. Said illegal immigrant will not be transported across state lines and "dumped" in other states. All illegal immigrants will not be harbored by any agency of the federal government. Upon being aware said person(s) are in the US illegally officers of the federal government must take said person(s) into custody and return them to their home country. The federal government will not administer monetary aid to said person(s) that have entered this country illegally. Once an illegal immigrant is in custody they will not be released other then to their home country. Any laws broken by a person in this country illegally will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
