Flint Michigan residents need CLEAN SAFE WATER NOW! Levels of lead in the water are so high that children have lead poisoning and showing evidence of health problems. Residents, schools, hospitals and businesses must use bottled water which is not a long term solution. Reliance on bottled water presents additional health concerns of BPA and bacteria. Michigan government switched from buying water from Detroit to using water from the Holloway Reservoir & the Flint River. More chemicals had to be used to treat the water. This led to cancer causing by- products & corrosive agents that are destroying the infrastructure and causing the pipes to leach lead. This is an unacceptable man-made crisis reminiscent of Hurricane Katrina. Clean the water, investigate and indict responsible parties.
